have you found it has made any impact on you or your life?
I usually meditate for a half hour before a workout. I started doing it when I was going thru my divorce 8 years ago.
I had tons of stuff going on in my head at the time and couldn't really get a good workout in. A trainer recommended it, it worked pretty well and I've stuck with it ever since.
It's the only time I do it though.
everyday---not directed, just quiet time. 11th Step
I'm pretty new to it, Chiva's teaching me. I have problems sleeping and with stress, and it instantly helps with stress.
i've been doing it the past few days and feel more relaxed and peaceful
