I agree, When I get really hungry and want something good, I post a bunch of food pics to help point me in the right direction.
Oh man that would hit the spot. It's not as hot here as where you are, but we can't be too far behind right about now.
My butcher has shaved ribeye steak on a regular basis. I just put in a pan and sautee it with
onions & peppers, melt some cheese on it, put it on a fresh roll with mayo and walla......cheesesteak!

recipe? Add veggies (onions, green peppers) to hot pan with a little oil. Give them a 4 or 5 minute head start, add beef, beat it up real good...when its almost done add cheese, salt & pepper. I love to add cherry pepper relish.
*add some salami and/or peperoni and some mushrooms to make a "steak bomb"
