Does anyone have AFLAC insurance? You know, the kind with the duck.

My employer offers it. But I haven't taken it. All I know about it I learned from the shitty commercials with Gilbert.

But, sometimes, when I'm down chipping away the buildup on the reactor cores, I'm wondering, what happens if I get hurt doing this. PPE sounds really good, until it's time to put it on. I hate wearing eye and ear protection. But it would hurt like a motherfucker if I got some of that nuclear reactor core on me. I don't know why they let me work around it in the first place.

Any rate, does anyone use AFLAC insurance?

Its good supplemental insurance. Helps with power bills, groceries etc. if you are on the shelf for a while.

I went ahead and got it through my work. I thought twice about it afterwards and it's near impossible to quit. That and I'm the kind of paranoid that feels like I'll get cancer the week after I cancel the coverage.

I used to have it. They paid me $60 just to get a physical so I got some of my premium back but never used it for anything else. My mom had it also with the cancer rider and she died of cancer so they paid about 10 grand to my dad.
