for some odd reason, i love snacking on this shit...
1 tablespoon/serving is as far as i dare to go.
I did when I was a kid...loved it. The Romano too. Although I was more of a Ronzoni/4C man myself. I can't eat that much of it now. Smells too much like feet.
I can safely say no.

I like parm, not to eat spoonfuls of it. Kraft isn't even real parm, doesn't fit the criteria, isn't aged enough. Once again Americans not following the guidelines of other countries.
I don't eat Kraft anyway, I live right south of cheeseland.
