Brody has progressed wonderfully with his "sit/stay" response but he has been pretty horrendous on a leash. Having more time to work with him recently he has improved to the point where he only pulls under major distractions so I took him around the property a bit to expose him to some sights and work on his obedience. He gets a "B" grade after about an hour walk. Good boy!!!!! Our Manchester Terrier, Jacky, has decided that he is alpha dog and challenged Brody a few times. One scuffle resulted in a trip to the vet, stitches and me getting nicked for $150. Obviously we owe it to Jacky to protect him from the new guy so Brody now has a muzzle for training and we have adapted how we do things to limit confrontations. My wife is leaning towards wanting to find another home for Brody but I'm not ready to give up on him yet.
