    First you make the rice, which is short grain and add wine vinegar, sugar and salt

    Then you take the nori paper and put the rice on top and add the toasted sesame seeds.

    I ordered one on Ebay, it should be here in like 2 days, but I couldn't wait. I used a silicone cutting board sheet to help me roll it.

    Of course I did. You want me to take a picture of the dirty dishes to prove it?

    or I can take a pic or the nori paper, sesame seeds and crab sticks and wine vinegar to prove it too.

    First time I ever tried to make it and a California roll doesn't have raw fish in it. Plus I would have to find a place that sells sushi grade fish.

    Thanks, yeah I was watching some videos online and it looks a lot easier with the bamboo mat.

    Cool, do you live on the west or east coast? You're better off catching a charter returning from an offshore trip...throw the guy a 20 I'll bet you get the freshest sushi cut available
