Cops carrying the type of guns that would make you think they're in Iraq
Not cool. Cop should lose his job today.
hope the cop enjoys his 2 week vacation with full pay while nothing comes of this....
I would love to see that dildo get charged with assault
Holy shit, the woman filming is the Spielberg of cell phone cinematographers!
She actually shot in landscape, and when the shit went down she didn't start insanely juggling the camera like a monkey on crack!
Absolute bullshit that this can go on in the 21st century.
Clearly we need a civilian security force, just as strong as the army....
Yeah. Well, I have a couple thoughts about this. I don't like the militarization of local police, but the way this country has been disrupted in so many ways over the last 50 years, what do we expect? I've seen cadets in Israel go into McDonald's for lunch, all with an m-16 slung over their shoulder, laughing and acting like the adolescents they were. We can all carry an ebr if we want to as well. The problem is that the population of America has been conditioned to fear all guns. And if you don't exercise your rights, you'll lose them. Atrophy sucks the most because you don't notice until it's too late. Stepping off soapbox. End rant.
Maybe if she wasn't lipping off about her "rights" they wouldn't have bothered her. She sounded really annoying from ACROSS the street!
It's at least battery.
Courts across the country have agreed that it's NOT ILLEGAL TO VIDEO COPS if you're not interfering with their alleged work.
I'm tired of arguing on the Internet.
Who is arguing with you?
I'm torn. That none stop nasal verbal assault could drive anyone to violence.
They are feds.
Federal boys don't like to be on camera even more than regular police.
A former colleagues son is an FBI agent. He mentioned to me that the local TV news took video of his son and the FBI made them delete it since he was involved in counter-espionage operations at the time (about 20 years ago).
Ummm....thats not a crime. Stupid maybe, but not illegal. They are on public streets.
We have one. It's called the Second Amendment. Thats what they are afraid of.
Of course it's not a crime, neither is shooting cell phone video of the police. Luckily for her, someone across the street was shooting that very altercation QUIETLY. Now this woman has a case against the cop that broke her phone at least.
