here we go...looks like this may take awhile...
"feel free to keep using your computer"...
Ugh...that will be me next week. Keep me posted on how it goes.
not getting better...
and folks wonder why these geeks are successful
Dont do it!!!
already committed bro...it's a black hole
All geeks rule the world, except for the wannabe geek Ralph.
btw...the laptop I'm loading this on is fairly new...Dell XPS 15Z...i7 processor, 8G memory, solid state HD...
no reason the hardware should cause a problem
oh him. the rest of us are ashamed to be associated.
you can't get much better than that (although I would use 16GB - more memory is better and its cheap). the only thing you have to check after the install is that file indexing is turned off. the install is supposed to do that automatically but you have to confirm it otherwise the index routines will burn out the SSD.
Wow dude, you must be on a super slow connection; mine downloaded very quickly...just a few minutes. I downloaded it as an ISO which turned out to be 2.69 GB.
I dunno, it's a comcast wireless connection...should be pretty quick
I'm gonna make some fajitas since this is taking so long, brb
I downloaded the lastest version of the Mac OS this week, and it took like 4-5 hours. I don't know why. I thought us Maccies were better.
I switched from Windows to Mac in 1999...I can never imagine dealing with all that.
Well I wolfed down the first fajita...good stuff!...now I'm savoring the second one...sipping some Black Lab vodka, decent stuff
Can you just buy the upgrade on a dvd and update that way?
