Smoked corned beef brisket, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots, roasted cabbage. And Smirnoff.

Soaked the brisket for a few hrs in water. Get rid of a little salt.
    After soak.
Rubbed with granulated garlic, onion, some pepper and paprika.
    On the smoker
    [IMG]
    Two hrs in
    [IMG]
A little yard work, then some refreshments
    [IMG]
About to get the veggies ready

    Update later: :nocheer:

GODDAMNIT!!! I want it now, but I think corned beef is illegal where I live or something, unless it's in a can :pissed:

Let the cabbage get away a little, but not bad

I've never had cabbage that way. I've braised it many times. I would imagine grilling it like that brings out its natural sugars. So awesome, I need to try that. :buffet:

I tried to treat as brussell sprouts, I know you have a great method for them.
