SUMMARY: There is no record of death in the following California counties for Eric Lynch:
    1) Sacramento
    2) Yolo
    3) Contra Costa
    4) San Joaquin
    5) Solano

QUESTION: What county is his death recorded in????????

The weekend of his reported death I noticed that Sacramento had no record of his death.

Since the death was reported by Johnny Fratto and confirmed later that day by TMZ (claiming a hospital worker said he died) I assumed it was a hoax.

A month later and the little guy has not resurrected... so I thought I must be loco. So I contacted the other counties coroners...

    FYI
Hospital at UC Davis in Yolo County.
Rodeo is in Contra Costa County.
Lafayette, where he's supposedly buried, is in Contra Costa County.
San Joaquin County is an adjacent county.
Solano County is an adjacent county.

Jesus Christ, there would be no coroner's report. He died in a hospital, his body would have been released to the funeral home for burial or cremation. You only go to the coroner's office if they need to determine cause of death. Let the poor man rest in peace

Just curious, which county would have a record of his death.... where he died, lived or was buried?

    (Because I covered all 3)

No you didn't, you would have to contact the city or county clerk's office to get a death certificate and they charge for them, so you can't get them via internet or phone

Yup, I knew someone who died at home in hospice care after a long illness and they just had to call the nurse to come and confirm the passing, and the funeral parlor picked up the descendant at home and took them to the funeral home.

and it won't have a cause of death unless you are a close relative and can prove it.

I emailed all the county clerks and they all basically said ,"There is no record of death for anyone by the name of Eric Lynch. Are you sure he died in this county?"

This could mean that Gonzoshitcock is in danger. If he hears the grinding sound of an electric motor bearing down on him, he should increase his walking pace by 1MPH.

Or maybe just step off the curb.

    DS:

Not so sure about that. One of my pals in San Fran got the death cert for one of my friends, just by going to City Hall.

Of course, things may have changed recently with all the ID theft.

I can see where the due might be a little suspicious because I had a bit of a head-scratcher myself.

Eric's boyfriend Jon said that Eric had stomach pain and was jaundiced on the Thursday before he died.

Someone with Eric's health problems is jaundiced and you don't immediately call an ambulance??

A little hard to believe that Jon could be that stupid.

This is probably true, but the premise of the original poster is much more entertaining. Therefore, I believe a conspiracy exists. I plan to search for Eric as hard as OJ searched for Nicole's killers. I'll keep you informed of my progress.

You can get one, anyone can, but from what I understand the part that says cause of death is will only be made available to close family members.
