this chick got a rough deal

A non-violent offender with little or none criminal history. She was murdered for no reason over something that should be legal. she was doing the work the police should have been doing themselves. They should have been putting themselves on the line, not her.

All drugs should be legal. Let who ever wants to self medicate do so. If they commit a crime while on the drugs arrest them for the crime, not the drugs. Simple.

Matt Tiabe has a great Rolling Stone Article this month about the three strikes rule. That was basically about drugs and so many of the offenders are in jail for life for petty shit like stealing a slice of pizza or something.
