back in 1987 I think, I went into this little New London, CT movie theatre with this beautiful navy girl whose husband had gone out to sea (she didnt tell me this until later) and she was a born-again Christian, and we went to see Angel Heart and it had so thoroughly disturbed her she left halfway into the film. anyway, I love the cinematography, Mickey Rourke's acting, the set design, the moodiness of the film . . . Charlotte Rampling.
