I'm down 7 lbs in 7 days.
Typical Phil breakfast: Wad of butter...onions. Polish sausage/chopped. Egg/cheese/ketchup/tortilla.
This week: OO spray...diced ham. 2 eggs/salsa. BOOM!

Typical Phil lunch: Bread/cheese/mayo lunch meat...fast food of some sort. etc.
This week: Large lettuce leaf/roast beef/ honey mustard. BOOM!
it's weird that they list it as pb&j with greek yogurt rather than greek yogurt with pb&j.
i need to eat more protein. i'm eating below 100 g per day. i like to shoot for a minimum of 1g/kg of body weight, so i should be eating 199-201 grams daily, at the very minimum.
Typical Phil Dinner: Meat/potatoes/rice etc
This week: Meat/veggies...NO potatoes/rice... BOOM!
