One of the best SNL pre-recorded sketches I've seen in a long, long time. Overall, the show overall was good, but this is the highlight of maybe the entire season.

If you haven't seen it yet, trust me, it's worth waiting for. The big laughs come about two minutes in

This sketch was okay I guess... I was questioning WTF is going on with this 'dead poets' spoof... until it finally happened

Last nights episode.. meh..The 'last escape pod' and the high school 'student theater showcase" sketches were good.

I've been hating weekend update as it seems "Che" and "Colin" don't really get along... it may be shtick.. but this one wasn't bad... especially when firing off jokes that were previously cut since its the last episode of the season.

I have every episode of SNL... every one. It's has NEVER been great... 'but the first seasons' blah blah... Expect 20% funny and you may be pleasantly rewarded.

Why? And how did you record all of the ones from the last few decades that aren't on DVD?

Sadly there are rules as to discussing such things. But believe me when I Say Season 7 was HORRIBLE

But it's fun to see the players that became bit parts in movies you may remember.

Is that show still on? I remember when my grandparents used to let me stay up and watch it, they'd give me rock candy and I'd fall asleep in front of the big screen RCA, it was 27 inches, biggest set they made.

    Good times.

Not only is it on. It's still very relevant and get all the biggest actors to host. It is probably still the most topical show on TV.

Shit. That was great. It captured the ponderous pretentiousness of "Dead Poet's Society" perfectly. Is SNL good again? I quit watching years ago.

I thought his monologue was great, anytime somebody doesn't do that shitty song and dance thing it usually is.

I never hear anybody talking about it, the last time was when Tina Fey played Palin.

    It can't be that relevant.
