that guy never makes any money.
his doofus crew always lowers the jalopies with airshocks, orders tires that are too big & then has to spend more money blowin out the wheel wells. he's a moron

For owning the business he sure doesn't seem to know much about the cars. The show is ok though....no fake fights or typical reality show crap.

i know its odd as hell...he seems to know nothing about what old cars are worth, what people want & gets duped by the schmoes at the swap meets.
trying to figure out how that garage makes money & my guess is they're doing regular mechanical work to pay the bills

Worst "car" show on TV other than Hard Parts South Bronx... which is so obviously full of shit I can't stand watching it.

It's painful for a car guy to watch.

"Monkey Business" was a pretty cool car. I'd never own it and it was hilarious watching the transmission give birth on it's first pass.

It does crack me up how these performance car shops can't build a car to make it down the strip once (I've seen this on similar shows as well) yet my '87 Buick GN made frequent work commutes then probably 100 passes down the strip at 30 pounds of boost with my biggest mechanical problem being a slipping transmission/shot converter after about 30 passes. On my meager budget not bad I'd say.

I did window a 390 FE block in my '67 Cougar though on it's first pass. It did have 220k on it and I spun it to close to 8000 rpms so not much of a surprise there! Good times, good times.....

Isn't it just "ford engine" or something silly like that. I've owned enough of them that I'm embarrassed that I don't know for sure.

I've asked that to a lot of Ford guys and maybe 5% knew it.

Never seen it. You can tell from his car collection that was posted here he has a very specific taste in cars.
