i took the image out because i wanted to make it difficult for Bud and the harpy to refute.
It depends on the fats.
Butter, coconut oil, pretty much anything not a trans-fat (which should all be burned to carbon to prevent them from ever accidentally entering the food chain)
Then you must be the best motherfucker on the planet.
Our food supply is completely ruined anyway... even the grocery stores are packed to the gills with absolute crap. Mutant meat, dirty Chinese fish. It's all shit.
Might as well enjoy some butter while you can.
well compared to people in Canada, yes I am.
Fats are tricky because there's a trade off.
You don't want foods high in Saturated Fats unless they also have large amounts of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats.
You don't want just sat fat. You don't want to eat Potato chips, french fries, basically any thing fried in oil.
You want to use olive oil on your salads. Avocado's are also an excellent source of good fat. So are sardines.
you need to raise your standards for grocery shopping, and learn to cook. if all you can get is processed garbage then you have to start making your own foods from raw ingredients.
I'm cool with fats. It's the sugars that kill me.
and coconut oil smells fantastic
Meats and cheeses also offer good fat.
That doesn't mean you can chow down on a cheeseburger.
Bread is bad. Eat it without the bread and only eat half.
and don't eat it every night.
I haven't tried the coconut oil.
Hot dog pizza was my DJ name in Ronkonkamo.
carbs suck. i avoid them like plague now and it seems to be making a difference: i heal faster. a week ago i wasn't paying attention and spilled boiling water and hot coffee grounds on my right side. 15% 2nd degree burns according to the docs. a week of bandages, antibiotic ointment, and keflex (which i hate) and the skin is more than 80% regrown.
the only issue is that it is lighter than the foods i cook in it so they tend to sink below it.
