    I love to watch The Kids are Alright DVD. He was such a personality. And looks retarded playing the drums but somehow doesn't' miss a beat.

    Beyond a doubt the greatest drummer (live or in studio) was Al Jackson Jr.
    Keith Moon is a personal fave because of his zaniness but Al Jackson Jr is the King of RnB & rock & roll drummers.

    Coming from you I take that as a ringing endorsement!

    I was in the dark until a few years ago about how many people Booker T And The MGs backed. Shit, I saw them back Neil Young one time and I was all WTF? but it worked splendidly, and Neil was not in a sedate country/folkie mood either.... I started thinking about them again when Duck Dunn died recently...
