I'm kinda of a sushi-eater imposter. I don't do the raw stuff.
My favorites are a California Roll
And a Philadelphia Roll
That's the only sushi I've ever had. California rolls.
When people ask if I like sushi, I'm always embarrassed to answer "yes" since I only eat Maki rolls.
people who eat California Rolls or the cream cheese rolls... I can't even... I'm at a loss. I can't even type anymore.
What's in the Philly roll?

Ok, but seriously, it's smoked salmon (which technically is raw, right? ), cream cheese and avocado. Delicious!!!!

I would like to try fugu sashimi (pufferfish). Not a big fan of eel.
I just eat bagels & lox and stop the posturing.
