Said the report, “Clinton said she received no instructions or direction regarding the preservation or production of records from (the) State (Department) during the transition out of her role as Secretary of State in 2013.

“However, in December of 2012, Clinton suffered a concussion and then around the New Year had a blood clot (in her head). Based on her doctor’s advice, she could only work at State for a few hours a day and could not recall every briefing she received,” the report said.

Hillary Clinton told the FBI she did not recall all the briefings she received on handling sensitive information as she made the transition from her post as U.S. secretary of state, due to a concussion suffered in 2012, according to a report released Friday.

Shockingly none of this sounds right. Everyone with access to controlled information has to take a class about how it's marked, what the different levels are, how it can be transported and who has authority to change its classification. As the Sec of State, she was probably the official who had that authority.

I heard a reporter say the other day "This may have been a terrible election year, but at least it'll be the last."

Is "FBI" the name of a reporter for that tin foil hat website Breitbart?

Hillary had a concussion and a blood clot, and survived?

Bill should have pushed her down the stairs with more force

No kidding, even at work we take a yearly online session on protecting confidentiality and take a quiz to pass. Legal runs it.
If I did something sloppy and let info get into the hands of a competitor, I'd be out the door. She needs to be held accountable.

Heard some legal experts discussing this, they said "I can't recall" is the standard response every lawyer tells their client to use when they're backed into a corner and can't answer without perjuring or incriminating themselves. Hillary used it a lot in the FBI interview.

That is correct. Well it's actually something more along the lines of "I do not recall at this time", thereby allowing you the opportunity to "accurately recall" the answer to the question at hand at a later point (once you and your attorneys have the story straight). Either way, political views aside, this reeks and is a shitty way for a sec state and potential president to conduct business. Again, politics aside, it's hard to imagine that other people would not have been at least indicted for this, possibly convicted.

She claims in this 2015 interview that she is very familiar with protocol.

Also, the timing of the data dump (midday on Friday of a holiday weekend) is pretty much the same as saying "nothing to see here folks, move along". Hard to not interpret that cynically.
