There is a colony of like 20 feral cats that hang around my house. What can I do?
Trap them, take them and get them spayed or neutered, and release them elsewhere, preferably in a wooded area.
We don't have a TNR program around here.
I have in the past, but without a TNR program, they breed like rabbits and destroy the entire neighbourhood.
Call Beth only as a last resort.
call animal control
You can do it yourself. You can probably find a local shelter or rescue who will refer you to a vet who will do it for free.
call Bob Barker he'll know what to do
Lol, they don't care.
gather them up and drop them off in China Town
I have looked into that, just seems impractical. A few of them seem pretty tame and adoptable, but the rest are true ferals.
You don't have a gun?
I have never killed a living thing in my life, let alone something as precious as a kitty cat.
just use the gun to scare em away
Me and the neighbour used to feed these cats until the city council told us to stop. We did, but the cats are still hanging around.
then contact the City Council, tell them you complied, but Animal Control won't help with the problem.
