What do you think? I use Chrome but I checked it out today. Looks like Google Chrome.
Pics or it didn't happen.
I loved Firefox for years, but it got a little bloated, and I switched to Chrome. I'll check it out as a backup browser.
All of the others suck ass.
At first I didn't like it...looked too unfamiliar. But after only 15 minutes, I'm liking it...a lot. Seems more logical, easier to navigate to features I use often and I like how the tab you're on is better highlighted. In the past you couldn't tell - it was too dim. Also seems snappier and crisper...maybe it's less bloated now. Will have a better opinion after I play with it a while.
Dislike: Too much unnecessary wasted space taken up on top on the top border, though you can use the full page view to get rid of it.
Yeah, that's the reason I left firefox. I don't care about themes and stuff like that. Quick and simple with a few extensions is all I need.
Grrr I hate when things change, (windows 8 windows 8).
I'm of the 'if it's not broke don't fix it' mindset. I guess that doesn't work for tech co. profits though
Grrr I see my desktop in the background at the top of it now. Do not want.
I hate that!
it looks anti gay
what it looks like is unimportant. if it still functions as shitty as v28 i dont need it anymore. IE is superior to this garbage.
ugh wtf they just copied chrome, not a fan
Internet Explorer is currently the fastest browser out there.. by quite a bit.
Still doesn't mean people should use it.. but just sayin,
[h=3]Best browser for speed[/h]Browsers don't generally feel sluggish any more, but there are still crucial differences in the way they do things, especially web apps. The venerable Sunspider benchmark is a good indication of how well a browser performs under pressure, and the lower the score the faster the browser. At the risk of sounding like an Upworthy headline here: we tested all the major browsers in Sunspider. Their scores may surprise you.
Internet Explorer (desktop)94.7ms
Internet Explorer (modern)93.1ms
As you can see, Internet Explorer (both the desktop and modern incarnations) isn't just ahead, but ahead by a significant amount.
Why does IE take 3 minutes to fully load when I open it? Firefox & Chrome are pretty instant.
chrome phones home, don't use anything google
Never understood why everyone hates IE. I've tried the others, but they always fuck up the pages. IE has it's issues, but it renders sites more consistently than other browsers.
