who uses them? which ones do you use/prefer? i'm thinking of getting a fitbit flex...thoughts?
i use fitbit hr...i like it becuase i wanna keep up with my steps so i walk everywhere
i was trying to go with the cheaper ones in case i get bored with it but maybe i should spend a few more bucks for the better one..
that one is a nice one...is doesn't look like it monitors sleep though...i definitely want that feature..
apparently it does
Your UA Band measures sleep, resting heart rate, steps, and
even workout intensity when worn with UA Heart Rate.
Wear it ALL THE TIME.
I dont need a god damn watch to tell me how and when to work out. My god damn belt will tell me
that's a pretty serious system...surprised it doesn't prepare healthy meals for that price...but i guess cost is not an issue when it comes to health and fitness..
I agree, price is a little steep
There's 2 kinds of people that wear these. 1 are people who want to fool themselves into thinking that they are working out by countinf their steps as they walk to the cookie jar. The other are people who wear these as they actually work out and get their heart rate up. As long as you're the second, i suspect they they all do basically the same thing. I have a fitbit flex.
I use Whithings on my iPhone. Keeps track of distance and has a heart rate function that is pretty useless.
If I'm not at the gym I use it more to measure distance for the day. Always try to get in 10,000 steps on down days
Microsoft band.....legit lots of features.
i have a pedometer on my i phone i got because i was curious how much walking i did at work but when i blew out my shoulder i had to find a different job..now i need to start getting active again...i figured if i track everything maybe it would motivate me..
i'll check it out..
Had a basic fitbit. Stopped working after several months. Don't see the need for another one. I figured out how much I was walking most days already.
I use the Withings tracker, because I don't have to wear it, I can throw the thing in my pocket.
I have a fitbit charge hr. Works well and I'm happy with it. When I actually see how little sleep I get it scares me into behaving myself. I'm pretty active with my farm and dog nonsense and I have a set workout routine that I don't really track. The fitbit really just reminds me when I am being a bit lazy and/or stupid. Good enough.
