you didn't blame meatloaf
that line amuses me
There will be no president Trump.
Polls and primaries are one thing, an actual election is something very different in voters minds.
They will never take this ego big mouth seriously.
Obama rode in on the same "winds of change" that Trump is now benefiting from. Better get used to the idea.
Trump isn't who the establishment wants. Obama was. We don't really choose the president.
Obama humiliating Trump was a glorious moment.
The establishment needs to be paying attention then. This whole Trump and Sanders deal is aimed right at them.
...obama pretty much sealed the nomination for trump yesterday when he spend a few minutes talking about him at a press conference. no mention f any other candidate, just trump. now why in the world would a president feel compelled to try and take the wind out of the front runners sails? cause theyre scared thats why.
This isn't the first go-around. Remember Ross Perot? They made everyone think he was a nut but everything he said happened. Trump has no chance of making it all the way through.
"No chance" is impossible. I've learned to never say never. If Trump wins the majority of votes the electorate will have to listen.
take the wind out??
most Rs will blindly vote for whoever they think bam wants the least.
bam purposely is helping trump
every R dreams bam will have a press conf. to mock them
What does Obama have to be scared about? He's out of office in 11 months.
The only trouble for Trump is the caucuses. People are reluctant to stand up in a group of their friends and admit they are voting for Trump for fear of backlash even though so many agree with him. He will probably lose most of the caucuses as people vote for someone other than who they truly support to not deal with perceived or possible ridicule. But in a primary where no one needs to know who you voted for? He will get a huge majority.
And again the reason republicans have lost the last two elections was because of 1. the race factor in the first, and 2. Republicans being bible thumping loons in the primary, then switching to moderate 90's democrats in the general. The republican voter base just stayed home because no one inspiring was running.
But if Trump wins the nomination. And he faces off against a career criminal or a socialist, the entire republican voter base will be fired up like possibly never before to do their part the other side doesn't win. Not only that, but only Trump and maybe Rubio to a far lesser extent, can get independents and Reagan Democrats to vote Republican. An establishment shill like McCain or Romney couldn't do that, and bible thumpers Cruz and Carson can't do that imo. The taste of GW still lingers for many, so Bush is a certified loser in that regard as well.
...party loyalty and the fact that trump will dump obamas legacy when he throws out the affordable care act, i.e. obama care.
Trump is popular because he is so entertaining.
But he will never be taken seriously by the voters. Its just that simple.
Bush created Obama.
You sound like Mr. Obama
"He won't be president, he just won't!"
