I've lived down here for decades and never heard the term "waterspout" Check out the video of the bouncy house flying away. Four children were injured, including one seriously, according to NBC Miami. They have all been rushed to a nearby hospital. A family member of two of the kids told local media that her 6-year-old daughter and 11-year-old stepson were jumping inside the bounce house when it went airborne. She said they are both in stable condition. The waterspout, which is being classified as an EF-0 tornado, made its way ashore at Fort Lauderdale beach at 801 Seabreeze Avenue at around 12:30 pm, WSVN reports. Cell phone video depicts a chaotic scene as the bounce house, which is believed to weigh anywhere from 200-600 pounds, gets sucked up into the air before eventually slamming back down on a basketball court about 150 feet away, according to the Sun-Sentinel.
