when I was 23 and this year . the problem with low carb dieting is you can eat as much as you want and you go overboard with it. since you can not eat almost everything you start to develop cravings and when you finally get off of it you start eating those foods like a pig big time but your still eating as much as you want so it doesn't work. What worked for me is a low calorie diet. Watching your calorie intake and exeersiing made me lose over 80 pounds and I kept it off . It did not happen as fast as low carb but I was able to keep the weight off. Im still trying to recover from my low carb diet from erliar this year and im stuggl8ing on my portion control and dieting.YOU HAVE TO MAKE A FULL LIFESTYLE CHANGE WHEN IT COMES TO EXERSICING AND DIETING NO FAD DIET CAN FIX THAT. just my two cents about the whole thing.
