What was a small trickle of media coverage has turned into an avalanche....

"I was always of the opinion that Howard was jealous of the obnoxious options grants that Mel Karmazin and David Frear, CFO, lavished on themselves and other executives. They returned high exercise price options for low priced ones. "

    Howard Jealous??? No fucking way...

    :jj:

What I didn't realize is they said this ruling was the NY State Supreme Court...Where is Howard going to appeal? The US Supreme Court????

The New York Supreme Court is the second-highest court in New York. The New York Court of Appeals is above it. (Yes, it's confusing.)

Does that really count as a Forbes article? It's from a "contributor" but ends more like an advertorial blog.

Is it one court or two separate courts?
If Howard appeals and the courts merge on a ruling, how much compensation is Howard entitled to for bringing subscribers to the court?
    Can Howard sue the court(s)?

If the courts merge on a ruling, Howard will be entitled to sue the subscribers.
