Waffle looks great but the bacon thing makes me sick.
Look at this monstrosity from the Cheesecake Factory (but I think I'd like to eat it). Belgian chicken and waffles with hollandaise sauce and potatoes.
2580 calories, 86 grams of saturated fat, and 3,390 milligrams of salt (2 days worth) and 15 teaspoons of sugar.
The pile of bacon does look good.
Bacon is overrated imo
I'll choose a sausage patty over bacon every time if given the choice.
Except on an egg sandwich or in an omelette. Then I choose bacon.
My breakfast this AM. Chili and cheese omlete with breakfast potatoes.
Who jizzed on the waffle?

It's used way too much and over powers food. I live a piece of bacon or two for breakfast that's about it.
I understand I am an oddity when it comes to bacon.
I also HATE crispy bacon. For me it needs to be cooked enough that it isn't chewy but not so cooked that it breaks when bending it.
Speaking of high caloric intake, this video from Simply Sara, in which she shares her recipe and prep for mac salad, is for the crowd who wishes the Double Down comes back as a Triple Down. Bon temps!
Not liking bacon is communism IMO.
Oh and syrup is only to touch French toast, waffles and pancakes. Any other breakfast item getting even the least bit of syrup on it is ruined.
Very picky about runny egg yolk too. It's great when sopped up by some buttered toast but ruins anything else it touches.
I need about 5 separate plates when I go to breakfast.
