Artie Lange is ranked higher than:
Yeah, that's some list. And Gilbert is ranked 6th, not 8th. Edit, oh I see. I just moved Gilbert up to #5.
Richard Christy is ranked higher than Jackie Martling.
Shuli is on the list for some reason. Benjy is not.
Amazing list ... Way to leave out chappelle
I don't remember bob hope being on the show
He was. Bob was actually a good interview and very patient with a young Howard.
The show has evolved......
If they're going back that far then where the hell is Don Rickles? Mr. Warmth is gonna be pissed when he gets here!
fake mitt Romney didn't make the list?
I upvoted Norm MacDonald and Mitch Hedberg and downvoted everybody else
. What's Shuli doing on the list it said comics.
Is this list the funniest comedians in stand up that have been on the Howard Stern Show? Or funniest comedians in appearances on the Howard Stern Show?
If its stand up, they got George Carlin right at #1. Bill Hicks should be in top 3, and Artie should be last on the list. If its appearances, George Carlin should sink to the bottom and Artie should be up pretty high, like number 1 or 2. Same with Jokeman: Stand up, bottom. Stern show, top
edit- since Borat is on the list, im assuming its funniest appearances, since I dont think he does stand up. Top would have to be..
1 and 2 are interchangeable, personal preference.
1/2 Artie and Jackie.
Its not a stand up list, its the funniest appearance list. I thought the same thing at first. very confusing
Stanhope is way too low on this list.
Was Richard Pryor on HSS?? Rodney Dangerfield was great..
Jewli is mah best friend for like 10 years...
...again howard creating buzz for himself off the backs of others position in the trade.
Artie's higher than Jackie.
I also thought Louis CK interview was awful. Not Fun, or funny.. Howard was doing his Sigmund Freud interviewing style..
Dave Attell should be higher
Edit: and Norm obv
Carlin number one, Gary didn't want him on before he died because he wasn't relevant.
The show is NOT about comedy any more. It is about cutting edge interviews with D-list celebrities. Now, I have important and side-splitting calls to take from MFB and Bobo. And, Gary, where is my chicken-less chicken sandwich, hold the bread and condiments?
