I'm gonna experiment with asian/indian curry.
I want to make a chinese curry chicken and indian recipes keep showing up on the google. I figured out I need a curry paste to make into a curry sauce. I bought red curry paste. Its ingredients list is pretty basic but I learned that making your own paste is not that hard.
I put broccoli raab into my stir fry. It works. I'm cray.
