My gym workouts have been going awesome, and I've improved all my lifts by tons. My numbers are now: Bench 4x9: 155lbs Deadlift 5x5: 220lbs Overhead-Press 4x9: 89lbs I can also definitely tell that my body is looking a lot stronger, and it's actually starting to look like I lift. What I'm doing differently now compared to the past few years is: 1. Consistency. I haven't missed a workout in over 2months (gym 3 times a week) 2. Most importantly, my diet is more under control. Before I was always binging and fasting, but now I eat at a surplus everyday, which allows my body to maximize muscle growth. The only thing that sucks is that I'm 100% addicted to frozen pizza :/ I eat pizza for dinner every single night, and even though I want to quit, I just can't... Yesterday I decided I would make a taco bowl or something for dinner tonight, but now I really feel like having pizza. Not only does pizza taste really good, but the portion size is perfect - and it's a cinch to prepare. My cooking sucks and meals I cook myself always end up tasting really fail :/ How do you guys who live on your own do it? Do you make something different for dinner every night? Or do you have go-to meals that you eat most of the time?
