Took this picture while shopping for clothes today. My goal for summer 2014 was actually to be ripped and have abs but obviously that didnt happen. Im kind of upset and my confidence level is really low, and I'm probably going to be rockin a tshirt while im at the beach on vacation as usual But its been a really tough year with working and stuff, so I think I have an ok base to start from and improve for next year. Who's with me to put in effort after summer and become fit by next year? Also keep in mind that just a few years ago, I was fat as hell.
