People have often been kind enough to upload these from other sources, but I've found it's usually not necessary. Just twiddle the URL for one of the other hours, and it's there.

    Example:

At this writing, the FIRST hour is missing from the 4/10/2013 podcast feed. Hours 2 and 3 are there.

    Solution:

Go to nickandartie.com/wp-content/podcast/feed.xml or http://www.artielangeshow.com/feed/podcast (you'll want to bookmark it)

Right-click an MP3 for any of the recent hours that are there (e.g., http://www.artielangeshow.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/4.10.13-Hour-2-Artie-Lange.mp3 ) and copy the URL.

Paste that into your browser and just edit the "2" into the hour you need (in this case "1"), and bam, Artie's your uncle.

This has worked with missing 3rd hours in the past, and of course works fine on a smartphone.

(They've apparently gone back to self-hosting these on their WordPress site, and letting the hours accumulate in a single month directory structure. For a while they were using Microsoft's terrible, terrible "cloud" service that obscured and mangled the hell out of the URLs and broke podcast clients.)

Of course, it would be better if their staff were simply competent in the first place, or at least ever checked the damn feed, but this is a quick way to get the missing files.

    Good luck...

On the subject of downloading shows, is anyone still seeding the torrent of the Nick and Artie show archive? I seem to be stuck at 16% and wanted to go back and listen to some of Artie's foghorn leghorn stuff from when they first started.
