    just pick up mine today...i just do it simple

    coarse salt/pepper...bake at 350 for 15 mins per pound, comes out all pink and juicey


    never made au ju...is it hard

    I live in a really Italian goomba neighborhood. If any of my neighbors seen me buying pasta in the shape of wagon wheels, I'd find a dead fish wrapped in newspaper on my stoop the next morning.

    Does look good though.
