It just makes sense..
Gilbert won't go so low as to work for chiclet face on a daily basis.
It will never happen. Even Shuli isn't in the Shuli Chair...
a good interview with Gilbert !!
This was the most interesting gilbert has been in years - Howard finally actually interviewing Gilbert.
I would LOVE to see gilbert in the Artie chair
He's down on his luck, he's jewish and he's got major issues. He's perfect!
Sirius hates Howard, so they wont pay for any new comic.
We don't know what happened when Sirius didn't renew Artie's contract. Did Howard demand to get a new comic or did he say to Sirius that he can work without on. (just put the money into my(Howard's) next contract)
I understand Howard that he won't spend a shekel of his own money on the show. Why should he. It would be like giving money to your employer. On the other hand Howard have raked in 1.1 billion from Sirius so far, with 250 million more to come.
Maybe Gilbert could just show up whenever he wants, like say for the news?
It was refreshing to finally get the real story out of him. He's a lot better interview when he's real.
Back in the day, he kinda did. It was great.
"In my day we called them westerns..."
I enjoyed the interview, too. I just love Gilbert.
I remember the first time I every saw him On some show doing standup. I laughed til I cried at this weird looking man who told jokes with his eyes closed.
So did gilbert get to hang for the news?
Am I the only one that thought this interview was boring as fuck. Howard was raving about his 3 impressions that he does....what about Sour Shoes? Wow he does Dracula, Groucho or however you spell it, and A Jewish Rabbi. But I don't see how this was entertaining, and after hearing his real voice that Howard released a while back, I feel like every word that comes out is a fake act.
Gilbert is a genius. He should be a regular on the cast, but i don't think he can write jokes or bits for the show. He doesn't seem to be at his best as an ensemble cast member. Gilbert so overpowers the rest of the cast that the audience would probably forget everyone other than howard, fred, robin, and gilbert are in the studio.
