Extremely well written, almost hard to believe Gilbert wrote it. Not that I dont believe Gilbert to be a genius in his own right, but hard to imagine him maintaining focus long enough to write something this concise. Yeah I know, his public persona is an act, but easy to forget since he rarely breaks character.

Anyhoo, he's dead on about Robin Williams. The man stole his entire act from Winters.

Doesn't surprise me. Gilbert is very intelligent. If Gilbert isn't doing his act he's a normal person. The only time he really acted crazy was when he spit on the walls and cupcakes at the studio. I still don't know what that was about.

If that was Jonathan Winters in Mork and Mindy he was fucking awful.

I have no idea why I watched that show as I hate Robin Williams. Oh Yeah, Mindy was Hot!

Great write up, Gilbert...I felt weirdly sad about Winters' death, I remember him in Mork and Mindy like a lot of us and he had his own show in the 80's on Showtime, I think and I thought that it was the funniest shit I've ever seen at the time (I was probably 11 years old)..R.I.P.
