On ABC’s This Week today, Glenn Beck once again invoked Adolf Hitler in discussing Donald Trump. As Beck spoke of the “anger and nationalism” that Trump is stirring up, he showed off a piece of propaganda from Nazi Germany, leading George Stephanopoulos to ask him if he’s saying Trump is Hitler. Back argued that Trump is “playing to the lowest common denominator and to the anger in us,” and implored people to “look at Adolf Hitler in 1929.” He described Hitler back then as a “funny character that said the things that people were thinking” before things got serious. He called from a “dangerous man,” and even told Republicans who are saying a vote against Trump is a vote for Hillary Clinton to “stop playing those games.” Beck said if presented with a choice between the lesser of two evils, “I’m not going to vote for evil.”Glenn Beck On Donald Trump & Third Party Option This Week Abc FULL Interview.
Can you imagine being in the position of having to side with Glenn Beck or Donald Trump? What a cruel world...
I havent been following any political antics this weekend. Is Rubio dropping out? Did he win anything yesterday?
Any news organization that would care about Glenn Beck's opinion has no ethics or credibility. The guy is clearly mentally ill and belongs in a padded cell.
I have stopped watching the debates and news coverage, I have had enough, the media is in full retard mode, and the Gop is screwing the pooch like never before, I can't take it. I watched a "Everybody Loves Raymond" marathon Thursday night instead of the debate. Think I made the right choice. Friday, I changed my party affiliation from GOP (you are fired) to the Libertarian party. The GOP lost me over the last 10 years, repeatedly bending over for Obama, on the Iran deal, on lifting the debt ceiling, and more so lately by trotting out Mitt, and talking about a contested convention to derail Trump, and throwing other grenades at Trump. Trump has the best chance of beating the Hildebeast in November, the other GOP candidates are limp noodles, I don't get the GOP strategy here. In November, I will vote for whoever has the best chance of beating Hillary.
I have him at #3 wedged between Ted Cruz and that little cuntbag joffrey baratheon from Game of Thrones.
Lil marco didn't win anything yesterday, but today he won Puerto Rico. Tomorrow, Mexico.... El Conquistador! Marco Rubio Wins Landslide in Puerto Rico Primary
There are 2 factions in the GOP - the far right social conservatives who are dying out and can never win a presidential election and the centrist fiscally conservative (Mitt and Trump) who actually have a shot at winning. The far right cant stand that they are not long for this world and would rather Trump fail than get elected.
I think you are right, that's why Romney lost last time, he was a good candidate, much better than McCain and W, but many GOP voters stayed home, Romney was either not conservative enough or too Mormon for their liking. Too bad, because Obamas turnout was light, a missed opportunity. Unfortunately the candidates the far right likes would never beat Hillary, with their stance on abortion, gays, legalizing drugs, immigration, taxes, and the biggest issue Free Shit, it would be s guaranteed failure. The GOP needs a complete makeover.
