One of the key ingredients in the meat mixture is two pieces of white bread soaked in milk. Crumble it in later.
3 lbs ground beef
She uses 4 in her meatloaf

Meat, salt, pepper, two eggs, sauteed onion, 1/2 cup white rice (forgot the pic), parsley, bread crumbs, bread from milk soak & worscester sauce
Mix that shit up after washing your damn hands.
I like to prep little loafs before rolling. So much easier.
