Drinking water now like crazy. I didn't run the entire thing, walked half probably. Can't run like I used to in the heat
it's crazy how much the heat saps your energy. add humidity and it's unreal. glad you made it ok.

They have these places called gyms, have all sorts of exercise equipment, its air conditioned inside.
I tried 5 today and I barely got to 3 today
I get really bored on treadmills and running in the same short circle 33 times. I like their weights though.
