    Hey pal

I have listened a few times.

I am a sucker for those cowboy tunes.

    I like it.

Yessir! I have grown to ridiculously appreciate Bobby's songwriting ability.

    It's really good.

Slow and deliberate, it's fits his age.

Nothing like a good Bobby cowboy melody to smooth out the first set. Lunges can be saved for the second and encores.

I always said Springstein was the most overrated ever. I guess I forgot about the Dead

I watched this documentary on Netflix about Bobby. Pretty interesting. Made me appreciate his rhythm guitar playing. He plays some pretty interesting chords. He's also got a cute young wife.

He didn't write Shenandoah. It's an old traditional folk song, but his arrangement is the best, imo.

Loved the GD including Bobby but was really a huge Jerry fan....after Jerry died went to a few Further shows and just didn't like it....then Bobby pulled all the GD sound board shows to download which pissed me off as it was always open trading of shows.....refused to see him for a long time.....decided to go to the Fare Thee Well shows and made my peace with it....with those shows and the John Mayer shows he embraced the stuff that fans love instead of forcing his solo stuff......the documentary also was really god and put him in a better light for me...I'm fine with some of his solo stuff but the real magic was in the Dead....while certainly not like it used to be at least it feels similar.

So in short I'm a fan again...hope the Dead and Co do a tour soon as it was fun!
