He didn't use an AR15 you dumb cunt.
Never heard of her, I assume she used to work at Fox News.
Oh, well if Gretchen Carlson comes out against it, I better change my mind!
I also always get a kick out of people using the term "Common Sense", a phase made popular in the American Lexicon by a violent revolutionary.
He used an assault rifle no?
While aesthetically similar to and just as lethal as an AR-15, the MCX is internally a different beast, thus all but removing it from the AR-15 family of rifles. Yet while the weapon is different, the MCX and the AR-15 share the same design purpose: providing a highly portable, customizable, easy to operate and accurate rifle for the individual who possesses it.
As Bob Owens from the blog “Bearing Arms” points out, the MCX is a modular rifle designed to be able to change between a variety of calibers and “otherwise has no major parts that interface with AR-15s in any way, shape or form.”
Originally designed for U.S. Special Operations forces, Sig Sauer’swebsite says that the MCX was built from the “ground up” to be lightweight and short, and that it accepts “a broad array of accessories, enabling you to build a complete weapon system for any scenario or environment.”
Too little, too late.
Time to repeal the 2nd Amendment.
Does that matter?
Facts and knowledge of your subject matter are kind of important, yes. If someone isn't versed on a subject, perhaps they shouldn't speak on it.
Well, what the hell, the AR-15 is 'America's gun', so again, what difference does it make?
While I don't personally think an "assault rifle" ban would actually do anything, I do understand the thinking.
We are a gun culture. I don't see that changing and we can't put the toothpaste back in the tube.
I unfortunately see a future of more searches and more metal detectors EVERYWHERE
...so says rolling stone magazine. i wonder how theyd feel if the 1st amendment was next?
Assault weapons are all in the same class. I don't care if it's a Honda or a Toyota.
I read the article, or piece, or whatever you want to call it.
It's the same ol', same ol'.
If taking out a class full of 1st graders doesn't get action, nothing will.
What about Chicago?
I guess the Orlando shooter didn't want to go by the 'well-regulated' part of the 2nd A. Ah - just kidding - everyone should have guns. Why do we stop at AR15's though? Is it just so our military will always be able to claim they have the best? I saw today that they want girls with guns on the front lines now. Doesn't seem to fit with the conservative agenda. It's all good. Bullet to blue sky y'all....
It's an example of what happens when a market is saturated with weapons.
Actually they aren't. The seven states that ban "assault" weapons all have different criteria as to what actually constitutes an assault weapon. Remember that part where I said if you don't have knowledge of a subject, you shouldn't speak on it. That means you.
It's funny that you think you're a gun expert because you read an article.
Oh, and he used a pistol... Good luck shooting 100+ people in a crowded room at point blank range with a fucking rifle. That's like trying to stab someone right next to you with a 12-ft spear.
