I'm going to experiment and make mushroom lettuce wraps later tonight.
Then at some point I want to try Lidia's penne with ricotta and mushroom.
Bobtraw has a food stylist on staff.

I can find cremini but they are a tad bit more expensive and the shitake but not a big fan of those. I'll just use baby bella.

My lettuce wrap will be something like this. I'll use jar hoisin sauce for now but will try to make my own at some point in the future. again I'll use baby bella mushrooms,
