how do you know?
The way he was casually swinging it around.
The guy with the gun is wrong simply because his trigger discipline is awful. Nothing pisses me off more when someone has no trigger discipline.
that biker was retarded
That's what she said
That smirk on the drivers face is enough to pull him through the window by his ears.
He sounded black,
he showed his face. he was white
Yeah I saw that. He was hardly a biker, just an enthusiast. A biker would have dragged him outta the car and beat his ass.
Kill them both.
I say we execute them both. Problem solved.
If that dude shot that gun it would have kicked right out of his hand.
who is wrong? the driver. you can argue all you want about bullshit, but you can't pull out a gun and wave it around like a faeg in a petty argument like that. In my state that's called improper display of a firearm, a misdemeanor. When you're in your car, which is an extension of your home, elements of the Castle Doctrine are in effect, but it only applies to when people are actively acting aggressive, as in reaching into your car, trying to injure you, hijack the car, etc.
If that was Calif. he would be arrested by now, they showed the license plate and the car and his face. Brandishing a weapon.
Well they're both retarded douche bags, but brandishing a weapon in public is illegal and the driver should go to jail.
If he pulled the gun because a dude in a helmet approached his car in a hostile manner, fine. But the guy was clearly acting like a fucking reckless dumbass and obviously knew that he wasn't in immediate danger after the altercation began. He should have rolled up his window, locked his door and, if the "biker" wouldn't leave or touched his car, called the cops. If the biker tried to get inside the car to attack him then, by all means, put some rounds in him.
A gun should never be drawn unless you intend to use it. A finger should never be inside the trigger guard unless you intend to pull the trigger. If this video is legit, the driver should be expecting a visit from the boys in blue and he'll be lucky if he isn't charged with a felony. If he is, and is convicted, he'll never be able to carry a gun again. Or own one.
I could be wrong, but I think that's a Sig P250. I hate seeing shitty people with good guns. What a waste...
Not seeing the picatinny rail threw me off but I'm assuming he bought the 2sum package and is using the compact for his car
For a second I thought the guy with the gun was Steve-O.
