    Welcome!
Today's class is entitled, Habit's homemade pizza.
***Please don't ask me any questions because I will lay everything out for you in the simplist of terms.***

First you want to start with a packet of yeast! :cheer:

Put that yeast into a large mixing bowl along with a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt.

Add 1¼ cup of warm water and ¼cup of olive. Canola oil is good as well.

Lightly stir until everything is dissolved. Then just put it aside for about 5 minutes.

Next, add 1 cup of ap flour and mix. You're gonna do this same step two more times.
***That's 3 cups of flour you add to the bowl. Not all at once. But one cup at a time. Dayummmm!!!***

***This next step is very important. Take out your cutting board. Don't be mixing and cutting shit directly on your countertop. That's just nasty.***

Now, sprinkle a generous amount of flour onto the board. Plop the mixed dough on there and knead that shit till it's damn near elastic.....around three minutes.

I like how your cutting board says "cooks." Just in case you forget what it is for, you can just refer to the front of the board! :cheer:

When you're done kneading, form a dough ball.

Rince out your large mixing bowl and coat the bottom of the inside of it with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Place you dough ball into the bow. Make sre that you flip it over once so that most of it get's greased up.

Now you cover the bowl for about 45 minutes. That little dough ball will double in size!!! It's amazing technology.

Alright. This particular pizza will have ground beef and onions on it. So, while you're waiting for your dough ball, on medium-high heat, cook ½lb of ground beef with a small chopped onion.

Cook it till the meat is no loger pink. Then set aside. Oh, please don't forget to drain the fat out of it.

***I lost my pics of the enlarged dough. But trust me, it did in fact get larger.***

Anyways, press down the dough with a fist. Then cut it in half.

For the first piece of dough, I stretched it out for our pizza pan.

Now here's where I got lazy. I was supposed to use fresh oregano and basil with a can of regular tomato sause. Instead, I used this....
    ***This is 8 ounces***

Next, spread the sauce onto the pizza dough like this.......
