First game system I ever had because I could finally buy it myself. Golden eye was great, perfect dark was better.

Also played a lot of Harvest Moon and Zelda.

I could probably still play a few songs on the Ocarina.

Some decent games, but I always hated the controller for that thing.

Yeah, one stick anyway. It always felt clunky and imprecise to me. Part of that was probably getting into PC FPS gaming, mouse and keyboard precision spoiled me for gamepads.

Arcades were better, they were the singles clubs of the 80's for American teens. Dark, smokey, and loud. I had next player at the Defender machine, when some chick came up to me and asked if she could play next. Before I could respond, she said, "You can finger me for it, my dad will be here soon and I really want to play before I get picked up" She turned sideways between machines, grabbed my hand, and I proceeded to finger blast her. The dude playing lost, she stepped up to play and was deaded in under five minutes. She said "Thanks", and left.

    The 80's ruled.

That bullshit thread you started on Lebron was weak, this thread is much better.

Wii U Cat suit Mario for the win. But without Mario 64 laying the groundwork it would have never existed.
