One of the greatest.
Cliff them all.
Bad shit happens when you act like a thug.
he was ok
hate when everybody acts like he was the greatest bassist of all time
he did have a cool look though
Shoulda seen how he looked under that bus.
(The bassist for Metallica who was killed when their tour bus flipped on some ice in the road. Very sad.)
He was pretty good, though I must plead ignorance since I havent listened to any Metallica in years. His death was the death of the band, thats for dang sure.
it wasn't even close to his death of the band
a bassist doesn't add a whole lot to a band like Metallica, Newstead filled in just fine, as has Trujillo, I suppose you consiser it death of the band because their music changed, but like Newstead said, "yeah we sell out, we sell out stadiums every night".
I disagree. I think ...And Justice For All was a fucking great album.
I see what you are saying. My comment was meant to be subjective. Im sure they have plenty of good stuff after Master....I just dont like it that much.
I also must plead a little ignorance, as I must admit that I havent listened to ANY Metallica in years.
Oh.....loved that guy. Not very good with names
Not now, Wally.
Ride the Lightning is my favorite, but I have enjoyed their newer stuff throughout the years.
i think he was ugly and looked like a dirty hippy with a 7th grade mexican boy's mustache.
Lars is worth something like over 170 million dollars
you gotta respect that
