Hey people! Its been a few days since I've done one of these, but its a good thing, I haven't been doing anything creative in the kitchen because I've been trying to keep my weight down. Here's the rundown... On Saturday's Menu: Baked Potato & Salad - Baked Potato with Cheese Sauce and Broccoli with a Spring Mix Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots, Celery, and Bacon Bits with a Homemade Honey Dijon Dressing(not pictured): On Sundays Menu: Ice Cream - One Scoop of Butter Pecan Ice Cream from Graeters...yes, I had ice cream for dinner, I really wanted ice cream.... (Sorry the picture is blurry, it was night and my camera sucks so I didn't get a good one.) Quesadilla & Beans - Cheese Quesadilla, Mashed Pinto Beans, Homemade Guacamole and Pico De Gallo... ...and a song by The Velvet Underground that isn't "Pale Blue Eyes", but its still an incredible song by on of my favorite bands. This song would have been right at home on the Rolling Stones album "Sticky Fingers" had Mick and Keith been singing on it. The song "Oh!
