There was a period last year or so when Beth's "patients" were dropping like flies shortly after being adopted out.

I haven't heard about any deaths lately so is Consuela she getting better at taking care of them, or has NSAL finally realized that they can't give her the dregs anymore?

"Robin, Beth was a famous model in Europe. I think she modeled in the German town of Munchausen".

By the way, Wikipedia has some good coverage about a new category of MBP:

M√ľnchausen syndrome by proxy involving pets
Medical literature describes a subset of MSbP caregivers, where the proxy is a pet rather than another person. These cases are labeled M√ľnchausen syndrome by proxy: pet (MSbP:p). In these cases, pet owners correspond to caregivers in traditional MSbP presentations involving human proxies. No extensive survey has yet been made of the extant literature, and there has been no speculation as to how closely MSbP:p tracks with human MSbP.
