Have we learned nothing from the past? Clinton or Bush in 2016 really?

It's not us, it's the corporate and wall street big wigs. I don't think "we" have elected a president since Kennedy.

Yeah, but he tried to do things in office that people didn't like. That's why he died in office.

    I'm with you, Dawg.

I've voted Democrat in every election, but I have no interest in Hillary being President. As far as Bush goes, both Daddy and big brother Georgie both got the U.S. into conflicts/wars in the middle east. So a big FUCK NO to him.

I'm willing to vote Republican in the next election if the candidate isn't a right-wing screwjob....in other words, someone who isn't afraid to ruffle his/her party's feathers by offering to work with both Democrats and Republicans. But Bush isn't the answer, nor is Ted Cruz or Chris Christie.

Some valid thoughts. Does the Democrat candidate not have to work with the Republicans by the same logic?

I just find it odd that Obama catches so much shit but we are looking to elect a Bush or Clinton again. Doesn't make sense does it?

They are both too polarizing to get nominated. Things will change in the next 21 months. The favorites this far out never win.

If these are the two, voting Bush all the way. This country won't survive another 4 years with her in.

Was a time when Obama was willing, but kept getting stonewalled by Boehner. Now that the GOP controls both the House and Senate, Obama's basically said "fuck this" and will ride out the last two years of his term by getting nothing done.

Maybe if Hillary is President, some Republicans would listen to her husband.....not her, but her husband

My only hope is that Michelle Obama doesn't run in 2020 or 2024.

I see. So the evil Republicans stand in the way of the noble Democrats.

    Why the face palm?

While I do think the country will technically survive, she would make a horrible, horrible President. Old, cranky and unethical are 3 of her better qualities.
