I always stand up to the system, so I have indeed been fired many times.

Layoff slip said ..destruction of company property.

Another bad layoff said.. had to leave early to go to DMV when I asked her not to..lol

Both got squashed at mediation...I never do anything wrong, though I do have a big mouth

    Hahaha

Only a loser ever gets fired. How hard is it to do a job, and do it correctly?

Laid off many times. That goes with being a union electrician.

Work reduction is not getting fired, though

That's true. Never laid off for cause. Just because work slowed down.

Yep, yesterday actually. I put in my resignation on Monday and told the owner I was going to the competition. All work "dried up" and was sent home yesterday.

I have a nice vacation until the 18th when I start my new gig.

Back in my waitressing days...me and my girlfriend worked together at this diner in Jersey

It was slow except for one old lady eating at a booth. My friend starts laughing and telling me of her latest sexual escapades kind of loud

We see the old lady get up and shuffle over to the cashier

Hmmm...but then we think nothing of it. Next day we both got fired by phone...lol

I had "felt it in my bones" that my days were numbered and knew I should have quit first

Guaranteed the old lady complained about us
