Checked out a Beatles tribute band tonight. They were pretty damn good, they did not look like or act like The Beatles, except for wearing the collarless suites and bowing at the same time after a few numbers, but they did OK, props to them. :c

I just saw the The Gabba Gabba Heys a few weeks back, a Ramones tribute band, with a Dictators tribute band opening up. Both were good.

I saw a Beatles tribute band many years ago that was awesome.

I'm going to catch them. The new album is really good. The song tattoo is the worst song on the album

I've never gone to a tribute band show per se but I've seen three tribute bands playing in venues that I happened to be in.

    Itchy Fish- Pearl Jam
    Draw the Line - Aerosmith
    Joshua Tree - u2.

All were pretty much dead ringers. I don't really care for any of the bands they were tributizing but for what they do they were very good.

I like it better every time I hear it but the rest of the album cranks has a fair warning feel to it. Wolfgang can actually play.
